Location: Covilhã, Portugal
Participants will take part in hands-on sessions on meditation, yoga, and mindful living, exploring step-by-step techniques to develop a consistent personal practice. You will experiment with breathing exercises, guided meditation, and movement-based activities, while learning how balanced nutrition and lifestyle habits support physical and mental vitality. Through group work, reflection circles, cooperative games, and peer learning, you’ll share experiences, explore stress-management strategies, and strengthen your ability to stay calm, focused, and emotionally aware.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
