This youth exchange invites participants to close their eyes and explore alternative ways to strengthen their minds. Through daily practices, we will cultivate peace, happiness, and a healthier body and mind. The program provides a structured approach to learning and practicing meditation techniques, offering step-by-step guidance and exercises to support a consistent practice. Participants will also discover best practices for maintaining physical and mental vitality through diet, yoga, and a balanced lifestyle.
By deepening the understanding of meditation, yoga, and related disciplines, this exchange fosters personal transformation, physically, mentally, and spiritually, enhancing relationships and contributing to positive social change. The focus on stress management and emotional well-being equips young people with essential tools to handle challenges, build resilience, and maintain a positive mindset. Furthermore, the connection between personal growth and civic engagement will be explored, emphasizing its role in social development and meaningful contributions to the community.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
