Connect, Practice, Unplug
Project in Spain
May 24-30, 2026

cortes (1)

Location: Cortes de la Frontera, Spain

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore the relationship between the digital and analog worlds and reflect on how technology shapes our everyday lives.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities focused on topics such as online presence, critical thinking in the digital space, algorithms and the basics of artificial intelligence, and the tools needed to navigate an increasingly digital society. Through discussions, group work, and peer learning, you will explore how digital platforms influence the way we think, communicate, and interact with the world around us.

The programme also focuses on digital well-being, encouraging participants to reflect on their relationship with technology and develop healthier habits.

If you want to better understand the digital world, develop critical thinking about technology, and learn how to create a healthier balance between online and offline life, this youth exchange is for you!

Age of participants: 18–25

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
