YE Developing Cultural Tolerance and Empathy

Location: Artvin, Turkey

The goal of the project is to help European students visit Artvin and play a part in its development, especially in ecotourism.

The plan includes promoting Erasmus, presenting Youthpass, and showcasing the local culture of Artvin. Participants will explore historical sites and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the area. Plus, they’ll get to try out some delicious local dishes, giving them a true taste of the region!

The objectives are to accelerate and disseminate steps towards the general society, both structurally and psychologically. The project focuses on helping decision makers produce effective efficiencies.
It aims to raise the awareness of young people to combat their influence in society and support them in gaining awareness in coordination with decision makers. Additionally, the project seeks to support the development of young people involved in the region.

Participants will be encouraged to be active and normal individuals who are open to their characteristics and innovations, sensitive to social influences, and actively involved in volunteer activities. Importance will be placed on their cultural development, responsibility for greenery and plants, and contributions to their foreign language development and communication, as well as their involvement in the production of paper.

Age of participants: 18 – 30

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
