Location: Ostroszowice, Poland

This youth exchange brings together participants from different countries to explore themes of creativity, well-being, and personal development through dance, theatre, drumming, horse-assisted activities, and mindfulness. The project focuses on self-expression, the role of female energy, decision-making, and the connection between humans and nature. Inspired by literature, mythology, and philosophy, the program promotes non-formal learning, cultural exchange, and active participation. It encourages young people to reflect, collaborate, and grow both artistically and personally.

Age of participants: 18-30 + 1 leader 18 +

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the projectC
