This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore culture, gastronomy, and rural traditions while building meaningful connections in an international and intercultural environment.
Participants will take part in intercultural workshops and shared activities focused on traditional recipes, local products, cultural identity, and heritage. Through cooking together, heritage sessions, visits to local cultural sites, intercultural nights, and outdoor activities in the natural environment of La Vera, you will discover how gastronomy reflects the history, lifestyle, and traditions of different European regions.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, creativity, intercultural dialogue, active participation, and teamwork. Special attention is given to promoting cultural heritage, encouraging youth participation and active citizenship, and helping participants experience rural traditions in a meaningful and engaging way.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, discover new traditions, explore European gastronomy, and be part of an inspiring international experience, this youth exchange is for you!
