This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore inclusion, diversity, active citizenship, and sustainable practices while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and non-formal education activities focused on intercultural understanding, civic engagement, environmental awareness, and small-scale community action. Through team-building sessions, experiential activities on identity and inclusion, outdoor challenges, creative workshops such as photography and storytelling, and collaborative project work, you will explore how young people can become active contributors in their communities.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, creativity, teamwork, and experiential learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, cooperation, confidence, creativity, and civic participation. The project also includes cultural exploration activities, reflection sessions, and peer learning moments throughout the exchange.
