Imagine going back to school to learn skills that can transform work and life, such as critical thinking and empathy. This project aims to train 30 young people from six European NGOs by providing them with essential skills through a ten-day mobility program in Călărași, Romania. Participants will explore the LIFECOMP framework and utilize an innovative toolkit based on non-formal learning methods.
Additionally, the project will raise awareness among 180 young people about the importance of future consciousness through six local workshops. Finally, a digital journal will be developed, featuring practical videos to help young people stay updated on the needs of the labor market. In this way, not only will young people be better prepared, but a network of opportunities will also be created through the Erasmus+ program.
Age of participants: 18-25
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
