Location: Daugmale, Latvia
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore democratic participation, active citizenship, and personal impact while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.
Participants will take part in workshops and non-formal education activities focused on current political events, personal values, citizenship, and practical ways to contribute to society. Through group reflection, creative sessions, roleplays, art-based approaches, movement, and intercultural learning, you will explore what is happening in the world, how it affects your life, and why many young people feel disconnected from democratic processes.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as critical thinking, communication, self-expression, civic awareness, participation, and intercultural understanding.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, deepen your understanding of democracy and participation, develop new skills, and be part of an inspiring international experience, this youth exchange is for you!
