Location: Bodrogkeresztúr, Hungary
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to promote healthy lifestyles, strengthen mental well-being, and build meaningful connections through outdoor and experiential learning activities.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and adventure-based activities focused on mental health awareness, bullying prevention, respectful communication, and emotional well-being. Through group exercises, reflection sessions, and peer learning, you will explore how to create safer and more inclusive communities where everyone feels accepted, supported, and heard.
The programme combines non-formal education with nature-based experiences, encouraging participants to disconnect from excessive phone use and reconnect with themselves and others through real human interaction. Participants will also develop assertiveness, communication skills, and confidence in expressing their needs, boundaries, and opinions in a healthy way.
If you want to improve your well-being, experience the positive impact of nature and teamwork, and build stronger and more authentic connections with others, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 18-21
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
