Inside / Out is based on the belief that psychophysical wellbeing is not just the absence of illness, but a dynamic balance between what we feel inside and what we are able to express in the outside world. Many young people today experience intense emotions, stress, disconnection from their bodies, or inner confusion. This project aims to be a safe and creative space where participants can transform internal chaos into vital energy, using accessible and inclusive artistic tools.

Age of participants: 18-25

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
