Location: Inatel Luso, Portugal

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to better understand mental health, strengthen emotional well-being, and actively challenge stigma in their communities.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and experiential activities exploring the social, cultural, economic, and digital factors that influence mental health. Through group work, discussions, and peer learning, you will develop emotional awareness, share experiences in a safe and inclusive space, and build empathy and mutual support among participants.

The programme combines reflection with practical skill-building, offering tools to manage stress and anxiety, improve communication, and challenge stereotypes. Participants will also collaborate on a street awareness campaign, putting their creativity, teamwork, and communication skills into action while promoting positive messages around mental health.

If you want to gain practical tools, deepen your understanding of emotional well-being, and become an active voice in breaking mental health stigma, this youth exchange is for you!

Age of participants: 18 – 25, Team leader 18 – 30

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
