The International Youth Meeting (IYM) Dachau brings together international young people from different countries to explore history, reflect on the present, and shape a more just future.
Through workshops, guided visits, eyewitness talks, and creative activities, participants explore the history of National Socialism and the Dachau concentration camp while linking it to today’s challenges of racism, exclusion, and discrimination. Shared daily life, discussions, and intercultural moments foster connection and a strong sense of community.
Participants will also develop a creative project to reflect on their experience and present it at the end of the meeting, turning learning into action.
If you are curious about history and open to intercultural exchange, thi opportunity is for you!
