This youth exchange brings together young people to raise awareness about health and explore how to live a more balanced lifestyle. The project focuses on mental health, emotional resilience, and healthy daily habits, encouraging participants to reflect on their own well-being while learning how to support others.
Through interactive workshops, discussions, and outdoor activities in nature, we will discover practical tools for stress management, self-care, and building positive routines. Such activities will will not only improve relaxation but also strengthen teamwork and connections among participants.
By the end of the week, participants will leave with valuable skills for maintaining mental and physical well-being, strong friendships, and inspiration to live more balanced lives.
