Location: Bernāti, Latvia
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore mental health, emotional wellbeing, and self-awareness while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and non-formal education activities focused on stress management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, personal values, and healthy everyday habits. Through reflection, group sharing, practical exercises, and participant-led sessions, you will explore the idea of the personal “backpack” that each person carries in daily life, filled with emotions, fears, expectations, strengths, and experiences.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, self-expression, cooperation, self-confidence, and emotional awareness. Special attention is given to creating a safe and inclusive space where young people can reflect on their needs, share experiences, and support one another.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, develop new skills, reflect on your wellbeing, and be part of an inspiring international experience, this youth exchange is for you!
