Location: Jerez de la Frontera, Spain

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore gender equality, challenge stereotypes, and promote inclusion and respect for diversity.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities using non-formal education methods such as role-plays, simulations, group discussions, and creative exercises. Through these experiences, you will critically reflect on gender roles, social norms, and discrimination, while developing a deeper understanding of how stereotypes are formed and how they can be challenged.

The programme creates a safe and inclusive space where participants, especially those with fewer opportunities, can express themselves, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through teamwork and peer learning, you will build key competences such as communication, empathy, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding, while gaining practical tools to promote equality in your community.

If you want to stand up for inclusion, explore different cultures, and become an active part of positive social change, this youth exchange is for you!

Age of participants: 18 – 26, Group leader: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
