To explore inclusion through real action, creativity, and teamwork, this Youth Exchange creates a welcoming space where young people with and without disabilities learn and live together.
The programme combines inclusive sports and physical activities, culture, and art-based workshops, experiential learning exercises, and guided thematic discussions.
Through practical sports sessions, we will experience what accessibility and equal participation truly mean, while creative workshops (art, drama, and cultural expression) will spark dialogue on diversity, social equality, and environmental topics.
The exchange also features workshops on climate justice, disaster awareness, and advocacy, helping to reflect on how emergencies affect people differently and what inclusive solutions can look like.
Through shared experiences and reflection, participants will build stronger bonds, develop empathy, and leave with concrete ideas to promote inclusion, active citizenship, and social mobility back home.
Age of participants: 22 – 30, group leader 18+
