SpeakUp Exchange is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focused on public speaking and confident communication. In an international group you will practice how to structure your message, speak with clarity, and adapt to different audiences through interactive workshops and non-formal learning.

The programme is designed for young people who want to overcome stage fright, get practical feedback, and improve how they express themselves in real-life situations. Expect workshops, group challenges, peer learning, and intercultural activities.

Age of participants: 18-30, group leader 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack
