Location: Ploiesti, Romania
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore the connection between social inclusion and mental well-being, and learn how to create more supportive and inclusive communities.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities focused on empathy, communication, and peer support. Through group discussions, role plays, and creative exercises, you will reflect on experiences of belonging, challenge stereotypes, and better understand how social dynamics impact mental health.
The programme is based on non-formal education and peer learning, encouraging active participation, intercultural dialogue, and personal reflection. You will explore how to create safe and inclusive spaces, develop emotional awareness, and gain practical tools to support both yourself and others in everyday life.
If you want to strengthen your understanding of inclusion, improve your communication skills, and contribute to healthier, more connected communities, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 14 – 17
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
