Location: Osijek, Croatia
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore mental health, creativity, self-care while building genuine connections in an international and supportive environment.
Through non-formal learning methods, art therapy-inspired exercises, and shared reflection, you will have the chance to exchange experiences, discover new ways of taking care of yourself, and learn from others coming from different backgrounds. Group work and peer learning will support participants in developing self-awareness, empathy, and a stronger sense of connection with themselves and the group.
The programme combines methods, creativity, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, self-expression, openness, active participation, and emotional awareness. Special attention is given to creating a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment where everyone can feel included, try new things, and contribute actively to the group experience.
If you want to meet people from different cultures, develop new skills, reflect on your well-being, and be part of a creative and inspiring international experience, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 24–30
