Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to prepare for the transition to independent life and explore practical ways to plan their future.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities focused on the challenges young people face when moving from school to university, employment, or independent living. Through group discussions, simulations, and participatory learning methods, you will explore topics such as decision-making, personal responsibility, career planning, and the steps needed to become more self-reliant.

The programme combines non-formal education, teamwork, and peer learning to help participants reflect on their goals, understand the realities faced by young people across Europe, and discover tools that support independence and personal development.

If you want to gain practical tools for planning your future, build confidence in your independence, and connect with young people facing similar life transitions across Europe, this youth exchange is for you!

Age of participants: 18–30

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
