This youth exchange brings together 28 young people from Romania, Türkiye, Lithuania and Bulgaria to explore democracy, civic engagement, and the role of young people in the European Union. Through non-formal education, you’ll learn by doing — debating, simulating decision-making, collaborating in international teams, and connecting big EU topics to your local reality.

Across the week, the programme focuses on EU values, institutions, and how democratic systems function. You’ll strengthen practical skills like critical thinking, fact-checking, argumentation, and active participation — with space for reflection and a Youthpass at the end.

Lithuania sends 6 participants and 1 group leader. Accommodation and 3 meals per day are fully covered, and there is no participation fee. Travel costs are reimbursed up to 309 EUR for Lithuania (round-trip) after the project, within the project budget limits and with original travel documents kept.

Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate.
