WEAVERS is a Town Twinning event in Bellreguard and Vilallonga (Valencia, Spain) designed to strengthen European civic ties by placing youth participation at the heart of local democracy. Over three intensive days, participants will exchange real-world practices on civic engagement, EU fundamental rights, and democratic decision-making.

The programme combines interactive workshops, policy role-playing, and field visits to local municipal youth initiatives. Together with participants from Spain and Poland, the Lithuanian delegation will contribute to co-creating actionable youth proposals and drafting a joint Youth Manifesto for a Sustainable and Inclusive Europe.

Age of participants: 18-25, group leaders 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack
