This project focuses on sharing effective practices for supporting young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Through a series of interactive workshops, guided visits, and cultural exchange activities, participants explore methods to increase youth motivation, engagement, and inclusion.
The aim is to provide youth workers and educators with practical tools and inspiration to support young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities. The programme highlights the value of non-formal education, the role of cultural and natural environments in youth development, and the importance of international cooperation in youth work.
By combining learning, cultural discovery, and peer exchange, the project encourages participants to reflect, connect, and co-create new strategies to empower young people and strengthen their social and professional integration.
