This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore diversity, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue while building meaningful connections across different backgrounds.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities focused on migration, identity, and European values. Through storytelling, role-play, and creative expression, you will share personal experiences, challenge stereotypes, and develop empathy and mutual understanding. Group work and peer learning will support participants in reflecting on citizenship, participation, and how these concepts relate to everyday life.

The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, creativity, leadership, and facilitation. Special attention is given to creating a safe and inclusive environment, supporting participants with fewer opportunities, and encouraging active participation from everyone involved.
