This youth exchange helps young Europeans unlock the EU’s inner workings and discover how to make their voices count. Teams from Italy, Greece, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Spain will start at home, canvassing their peers on which problems Brussels should tackle first. They will then gather three times—in Greece, Poland and Italy—to pool those opinions, pick a single priority aligned with the EU Youth Goals and master the official channels citizens can use to press their case, culminating in a draft European Citizens’ Initiative. Alongside workshops and meetings with local policy-makers and EU representatives, the project strengthens non-formal education skills and forges tighter bonds among partner organisations. By the end, every participant should return as a local EU “ambassador”, ready to share clear information on EU programmes and encourage other young people to join democratic life.
