“Innovation in Action: Facilitating with Non-Formal Power” is a dynamic Erasmus+ training course that gathers 18 youth workers from 9 European countries for an intensive 7-day learning experience. The training focuses on exploring and co-developing innovative non-formal education (NFE) methods that respond to the evolving needs of youth work and align with Erasmus+ priorities.
Through hands-on activities, reflection sessions, thematic workshops, and peer-led exchanges, participants will deepen their understanding of NFE principles and improve their facilitation skills. Each national team will contribute a unique or underused method, and together the group will create at least 10 practical and adaptable tools for youth work.
All methods will be compiled into a guidebook to support youth workers and organizations across Europe in delivering impactful, high-quality non-formal education. The project also fosters intercultural dialogue, peer learning, and international cooperation in the youth sector.
