Leader in Me is a one-of-a-kind youth exchange that invites youth to step into their leadership journey by doing, reflecting, and growing  together.

Over nine days packed with outdoor adventures, creative expression, team-building games, and youth-led sessions, we’ll uncover our strengths, values, and natural leadership style.

This is a space where mistakes are welcome, voices are heard, and learning happens through real experiences — not lectures.

We’ll face challenges as a team, make decisions that matter, and explore what it really means to lead with empathy, clarity, and courage.

Whether you’re experienced or just curious, this experience will help you unlock your potential, build real connections, and step forward with confidence.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
