Throughout this hands-on, energizing program, you’ll develop creative mentoring competences and explore playful, artistic methods that help youth express their emotions and discover their strengths.

Together, we’ll dive into activities that boost non-violent communication, strengthen empathy, and encourage positive dialogue.

You’ll also learn how to build safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive spaces, places where every young person feels seen, heard, and valued. Through group challenges, inspiring workshops, and guided reflection, you will share experiences with peers from different backgrounds and exchange powerful tools and good practices.
