This training course invites youth workers to refresh and strengthen their vocational guidance practice with a strong focus on future skills and the changing realities of work in the digital and green transitions.
Through interactive workshops, peer learning, reflection, and hands-on practice, we will explore key labour market trends and what they mean for young people’s career choices.
The programme connects theory to practice by introducing European competence frameworks (DigComp, EntreComp, GreenComp, LifeComp) and translating them into concrete guidance activities that can be used in everyday youth work.
We will build confidence as facilitators of both individual and group career counselling sessions, experimenting with practical tools such as aptitude tests, competence matrices, and portfolio development techniques.
A central element of the course is learning how to design inclusive and engaging sessions for diverse groups, including young people with fewer opportunities, while creating safe, empathetic, person-centred spaces for exploration and self-discovery.
If you are looking for new ideas, practical methods, and and build partnerships, this training course offers a motivating space to learn, connect, and grow together.
