Location: Želiv, Czech Republic
This training course is designed for youth workers and educators who want to strengthen young people’s employability and make their youth work more innovative, relevant, and impactful.
Participants will take part in hands-on workshops focused on competence-based learning, explore practical tools and non-formal education methods that develop skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and self-confidence, and learn how to turn local employability challenges into meaningful youth activities. Through group work, simulations, peer learning, and international exchange, you will reflect on real labour market needs, share good practices, and co-create concrete action plans to support young people – especially those with fewer opportunities – in their transition from education to employment.
If you want to gain practical tools, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to design youth activities that truly improve young people’s chances in the world of work, this training is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
