This training course is designed for youth workers, educators, and professionals who want to improve their skills in working with young people facing social exclusion and fewer opportunities.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and practical sessions focused on understanding the challenges faced by young people from diverse backgrounds, including economic difficulties, rural areas, migrant contexts, and learning barriers. Through group work, discussions, and peer learning, you will explore innovative methods and tools that support inclusion, personal development, and the transition to adulthood, especially for young people aged 15–18.

Participants will be invited to experiment, share their own experiences, and develop creative solutions that turn challenges into strengths and empower young people to overcome limitations.

If you want to gain new competences, discover innovative tools, and strengthen your ability to support young people with fewer opportunities in a meaningful and impactful way, this training course is for you!

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
