Location: Grywald, Poland
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusion through the use of artificial intelligence and creative collaboration.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and practical activities focused on developing digital and entrepreneurial skills. Through group work, hands-on exercises, and peer learning, you will co-create a personal AI assistant designed to support everyday professional tasks, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. You will also explore how technology can be used to create more inclusive environments in the workplace and beyond.
The programme combines creativity, teamwork, and real-life project development. Participants will work on their own business ideas, contribute to the creation of an inclusive educational board game, and collaborate on an action strategy that supports inclusive employment practices. The process will also include documenting the experience through a documentary film and producing a publication that shares key learnings and best practices.
If you want to develop innovative ideas, learn how to use AI for social impact, and contribute to building a more inclusive and accessible future, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 18 – 27
