This training course is designed for youth workers and educators who want to become more engaged in young people’s needs and strengthen their leadership skills in a mindful and effective way.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and collaborative activities focused on leadership, teamwork, and personal development. Through group work, discussions, and experiential learning, you will explore what makes teams successful and discover practical methods and tools to better support young people in their personal journeys.

The programme encourages participants to reflect on different leadership styles, improve communication and cooperation skills, and develop approaches that foster motivation, inclusion, and growth among young people. By learning together in an international environment, participants will exchange experiences and gain new perspectives on how to lead with empathy and purpose.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
