Empowermen is a training course focused on women’s empowerment, self-confidence, communication and leadership. The project aims to help women recognise their strengths, express themselves with confidence and develop the skills to navigate challenging situations, manage conflicts and take a more active role in their personal and professional lives.

Participants will explore practical tools for assertive communication, conflict resolution, self-awareness and personal goal-setting. Through experiential learning, outdoor activities and guided reflection, the programme will address power dynamics, personal boundaries, motivation and emotional resilience, helping participants communicate more effectively and approach leadership with greater confidence.

The course is designed for women who want to strengthen their voice, develop leadership skills and feel more confident expressing their ideas and needs. It offers a supportive learning environment for personal growth, challenging limiting beliefs and building practical skills that can be applied in everyday life and professional settings.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
