Location: Bédeille, France
This Erasmus+ training course is designed for youth workers, facilitators, NGO members and community builders who want to strengthen collective life and improve group processes.
In an increasingly individualistic world, the project focuses on solidarity, shared responsibility and effective cooperation. Participants will explore practical tools for decision-making, dynamic governance and conflict resolution through hands-on non-formal learning.
By forming a temporary community, you will practice facilitation methods, improve communication, test decision-making tools and learn how to create more inclusive and effective group environments.
If you want to build stronger communities, navigate conflicts with confidence, and create more effective group processes — this training is for you.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
