This training course is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen inclusive participation and create more accessible, diverse, and engaging environments for young people.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops focused on understanding inclusion in youth work, identifying barriers that limit participation, and developing practical skills to design inclusive activities. Through group work, discussions, and peer learning, you will explore diversity, equality, and critical thinking, while gaining tools to create safe and participatory learning spaces.
The programme is based on non-formal education, experiential learning, and learning by doing, combining reflection, intercultural exchange, and active participation. Participants will experiment with ready-to-use methods, co-create project ideas, and exchange good practices that can be applied in their local contexts.
If you want to gain practical tools, improve your competences in inclusive youth work, and develop projects that promote participation and equality, this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 20+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
