This training course is designed for youth workers, trainers, educators, and NGO staff who work directly with young people and want to strengthen their competences in eco-, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable youth work. It is aimed at participants who are interested in exploring innovative educational approaches and in supporting young people in developing entrepreneurial skills connected to sustainability and social impact.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and practical activities focused on eco-entrepreneurship, ecosocial business models, and the use of gamification and game-based learning in youth work. Through plenary sessions, team work, outdoor and indoor activities, intercultural evenings, visits, reflection, and evaluation, you will explore creative methods and tools that make entrepreneurship education more engaging, accessible, and meaningful for young people.
The training course encourages active participation, peer learning, and the integration of innovative methodologies into everyday educational practice, helping participants support young people in building entrepreneurial competences in an engaging and sustainable way.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
