This training course is designed for youth workers, educators, project coordinators, volunteers, and NGO representatives who want to strengthen their organisations, develop sustainable strategies, and build stronger capacities in planning and fundraising.

The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as strategic planning, communication, leadership, critical thinking, fundraising, and organisational sustainability. Special attention is given to creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment where participants can actively contribute, reflect on the growth path of their NGOs, and gain practical tools that can be directly applied in their daily work.
