This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore employability, digital skills, and personal development while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and non-formal education activities focused on youth unemployment, the changing labour market, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and active job searching. Through group work, discussions, problem-solving tasks, reflection sessions, and activities linked to CVs and personal profiles, you will explore how new technologies are shaping career opportunities and develop practical tools that can support your future employability.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and peer-to-peer learning to strengthen key competences such as communication, teamwork, leadership, digital literacy, self-confidence, and active participation. Participants will not only join the activities, but will also have an active role in facilitating them in small international groups.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, improve your employability skills, gain new perspectives on the world of work, and be part of an inspiring international experience, this youth exchange is for you!
