Location: Riga, Latvia
This youth exchange is for young people who want to dive into environmental journalism, climate communication, and media literacy while connecting with inspiring people from across Europe in an open, creative, and supportive environment.
Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and non-formal learning sessions, you’ll explore climate storytelling, journalism, interviewing, fact-checking, research, framing, and visual communication in a fun and engaging way. Together, we’ll discover how to turn climate concerns into impactful and publishable stories that can inspire change online and offline.
You’ll build confidence in public communication, strengthen your digital activism skills, and learn how young voices can play a powerful role in shaping environmental awareness and fighting misinformation. Expect teamwork, creativity, international exchange, and plenty of opportunities to express your ideas and perspectives.
The programme combines non-formal education, collaborative learning, and practical media experience to help you develop valuable skills in communication, media literacy, storytelling, journalism, and content creation — skills you can use in your studies, projects, activism, and future career.
If you’re passionate about climate issues, curious about media and storytelling, and excited to meet young people from different countries while creating meaningful content together, this youth exchange is for you!
