Location: Beaumotte-Aubertans, France
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore the connection between food, the environment, and society, and reflect on how everyday food choices shape the world around us.
The programme combines hands-on workshops and shared living experiences, where participants will experiment with activities such as ecological cooking, food preservation, bread baking in a wood-fired oven, foraging for wild plants, permaculture gardening, and zero-waste practices. Many workshops will be proposed and facilitated by the participants themselves, creating a collaborative learning space where everyone can share ideas, skills, and curiosity.
If you want to discover new perspectives on food, exchange knowledge with young people from different countries, and explore practical ways to build a more sustainable and conscious food system, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 18–30
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
