Location: Ostroszowice, Poland
Open Metaphors is a Polish-Romanian-Lithuanian artistic youth exchange inviting young people to explore creativity through movement, theatre, literature, and body language. The programme focuses on self-expression, collaboration, and learning by doing in an international group.
During the exchange you will take part in workshops such as contemporary dance, theatre practice, creative writing (especially poetry), and creating short film pieces based on your own scripts and literary inspirations. Prior experience in dance or theatre is not required – motivation and active participation matter most.
Age of participants: 18-30 (plus 1 group leader)
The project takes place at the Culture and Sport Centre Horse Island in Ostroszowice (Poland), with time for nature-based activities and community moments alongside the workshops. Accommodation and meals are provided (vegetarian meals only). Participation is free. Travel-related costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project. Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate. If you have questions, contact Austeja at austejai@tavo-europa.eu.
