This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore disability, inclusion, and the fight against ableism while building meaningful connections in a supportive, safe, and international environment.

Participants will take part in discussions, debates, and non-formal education activities focused on visible and invisible disabilities, stereotypes, stigmatization, and the rights of people with disabilities. Through shared reflection, exchange of experiences, and collaborative activities, you will explore how disability is represented in society, question prejudices and systemic ableism, and discover practical ways to make the invisible more visible. 

The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collective living to strengthen key competences such as inclusion, communication, critical thinking, empathy, and active participation. Special attention is given to creating an inclusive and collaborative space where participants can contribute to everyday community life, share responsibilities, and build a collective vision of living and doing together.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
